How it works: After sign-up we start with a 30 min goals and assessment Zoom call. During this call, we lay out your goals, I ask about your background and training history, check mobility and movement patterns and together lay out your game plan going forward. I will build program that fits your goals, personalized to you and the equipment you have access to.

1-on-1 Consultation

In order to help you get to where you want to be, I need to know where you are coming from. First thing we do is schedule a one on one Zoom call, I'll have you fill out a detailed intake form to get to know your background and goals.


We will test your mobility and get a starting baseline of your strength, conditioning, and how you move – keeping in mind any past injuries. You will also be asked to log your eating, sleeping, and stress levels for a few days depending on your goals.

Custom Plans built for you

Taking the info we gatherd from your intake form and movement assessment, we will work together to make sure your program fits you and your lifestyle. Every week you’ll see workouts that will progress you thoughtfully toward your goals through science back methods.


Proper communication is a huge part of success. Im here to support you and answer any questions you may have along the way. You'll have access to me through your app, our Built Tough Facebook group and bi-weekely 30 min checkin calls.
